随着食品工业的飞速发展，食品机械的不断革新，一种结构紧凑且占地面积小的新型、高效、节能的速冻装置——DLD、SLD系列螺旋速冻装置已成为目前大，中型速冻食品企业的选择机型。

DLD、SLD系列螺旋速冻装置的不锈钢物料传送网带在冻结间内做螺旋式转动，从而实现物料的快速冻结。分别采用顶吹风和侧吹风的布风方式，冻结时间可选范围20~90分钟。适用于调理食品、小包装食品、分割肉、冰淇淋等快速冻结,也可用于海产品、水果和不宜流态化速冻的蔬菜产品等。

◆ 独特的风道设计：螺旋塔和蒸发器的外围的档风板设计成对称的、流畅的环形风道，增强冻品的换热效果而又使得进、出料口不跑冷，而且操作人员也可随时进入库内查看运行情况。

◆ 双面不锈钢隔热库体：隔热库体采用双面不锈钢聚氨脂库板，库门为双层密封条并配有加热器，有效防止冻结。

◆ 可靠的传动控制：螺旋传动引进美国先进技术，网带运行采用变频控制，速度可实现无级可调。不锈钢电控箱，库内温度数字显示，整个设备运行可靠。

◆ 库内底面大水槽不渗漏，排水方便：库内整个底面用3mm厚SUS304不锈钢板做成的水槽，永不渗漏，清洗容易排水快。
